Portable Air-Conditioner Distribution

As the warm summer days approach, Metro Council District 21 along with nine other districts are teaming up with the Office of Social Services for a cool mission: distributing a limited number of air conditioners to those in need!

Qualifications:

• Household income at or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines
• Must reside in one of the eligible Metro Districts: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 15, or 21

Must meet at least one of the follwoing:

• Age 60 or older
• Individual with disability (SSDI)
• Household with children under 18

APPLY :

APRIL 6th, 2026 until APRIL 17th, 2026

AC Pickup Dates:

April 22nd and April 24th, 2026

Units are limited and the final eligibility will be determined by the Office of Social Services.
